As the Senior Manager, Global Commercial Strategy & Operations, sonrotoclax, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing the core launch content. You will be responsible for gathering insights to drive future growth opportunities and optimize the marketing efforts. This role requires strong collaboration with the local markets and medical affairs to deliver an integrated launch plan. You will also be accountable for managing relationships with key external partners. The role reports to the Senior Director, Global Commercial Lead, sonrotoclax.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Support the development and execution of global commercial strategies for sonrotoclax.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of global commercial strategies and core content package.

  • Be the global product and market expert, providing in-depth knowledge of market trends, business insights and dynamics, competitive landscape, critical market success factors and customer needs

  • Collaborate with medical affairs to develop communication strategies and engage key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups.

  • Report to hematology franchise leadership team on global brand performance through business review process.

  • Coordinate cross-regional sharing and amplify best practices.

  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop core content package and ensure compliance with regulatory-legal-medical requirements.

  • Support the development of training materials and congress strategies.

  • Manage budget and resources for advertising agency, vendors, and consultants.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing/related commercial experience (including healthcare consulting, sales, forecasting, market research, etc.) with at least one year in marketing, product management, or new product planning.

  • Global experience in hematology or oncology is preferred.

  • Strong team player who can incorporate input from key stakeholders and drive alignment.

  • Skilled in leading and influencing cross-regional and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Adept in analyzing different types of data and information to distill growth-driving strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering impactful launch and brand content.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.

  • Strong ability and desire to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures to improve the lives of patients and caregivers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require significant agency management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Education Required: Doctorate degree & 3+ years of marketing experience or Master’s degree & 5+ years of marketing experience or Bachelor’s degree & 7+ years of marketing experience.

Computer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite, MS Teams

Travel: At least 20% including international travel
