Deine Aufgaben:

• Annahme und Weiterleitung von eingehenden Telefonaten

• Freundlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung der Gäste, Besucher und Kunden

• Administrative Pflege des betrieblichen Zeiterfassungssystems

• Bearbeitung und Verteilung der Ein- und Ausgangspost

• Konferenzraumverwaltung

Dein Profil:

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität zeichnen dich aus

• Du bist verantwortungsvoll und zuverlässig

• Du bringst gute PC-Kenntnisse mit und beherrschst MS-Office Produkte

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

• Sehr gute Umgangsformen, sicheres Auftreten und ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
