Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator - Elmont Career Center & Rite Konnection Available: $18per hour- Full-time. Elmont Career Center, in partnership with Rite Konnection, is on the hunt for a dynamic Front Desk Coordinator. This role is perfect for a skilled multitasker who thrives in managing our front office operations, serving as the pivotal link between Rite Konnection and Elmont Career Center. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in both Creole and English. If you have a passion for interacting with people, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of both organizations. Efficiently handling phone calls and directing them as necessary. Providing prospective students with detailed information about our educational programs. Responsibility for managing student enrollment and registration processes efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), computers and social media platforms to support both educational and administrative tasks. Conducting cold calls for Rite Konnection to engage potential clients and candidates, as well as managing our CRM system diligently. Demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities. Being adept with computers and social media platforms, contributing to the growth and success of both Elmont Career Center and Rite Konnection. Managing and updating the CRM system with accurate and timely information, ensuring efficient tracking of client and candidate interactions. Assisting in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, interviews, Students clinical facilities, and other events, contributing to the smooth operation of both companies. Engaging with social media platforms to promote the programs and opportunities available at Elmont Career Center and Rite Konnection, enhancing online presence and engagement. Conducting follow-up communications with students, clients, and candidates to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: Proficiency in Creole and English, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with students, clients, and candidates. Proficiency in essential software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support educational delivery and administrative tasks. Computer and social media savvy, to assist in the growth and online presence of both organizations. 1 to 2 years of experience in working with people, showcasing a friendly and approachable demeanor. Capability to answer phone calls, direct them accordingly, and provide detailed information about programs offered. Reliability and trustworthiness, with a proven track record of responsibility and ethical behavior.
