Mechanical Assembler

1st Shift | $18-$22/hr

Overview

We are actively hiring for multiple mechanical assemblers for a premier designer and manufacturer of custom process water chillers. for high-performance applications. The typical day will include performing mechanical assembly tasks to complete the assembly of various sized chillers. You will refer to work instructions and blueprints and use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies. Responsibilities

• Assemble chillers throughout the day

• Follow work instructions to complete product assembly

• Utilize hand tools and power tools

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of assembly experience

• Hand tool proficiency

• Blueprint reading

• Mechanical skills

• Mechanical assembly

• Tape measure usage

Work Environment

The facility, located in Elmhurst, IL, is only 3 years old and is very well-lit and spacious. It features a cool game/break room and an in-facility gym. They are a family-owned company with a friendly, open, and down-to-earth culture.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
