Eaton’s division is currently seeking a Packer - 2nd shift. The Packer will support Distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner and must work closely with other team members and Supervisor to maintain work collaboration and efficiency.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.13 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential and after 6 months of employment increases to $19.66/hour. This position is based at our Ellisville, MO facility with 2nd shift hours of 2:30pm – 11:00pm.

Eaton’s Power Reliability Division is currently seeking a Picker/Packer to join our team. This position is based at our Ellisville, MO site. The Picker/Packer is responsible for supporting distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner.

• Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders. Operate warehouse picking equipment. Lift up to 30 lbs. Climb ladders. Repetitive motion, standing & stooping. Use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions. Receive and put away incoming products.

• Responsible for the quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Keep the work area clean and orderly. Follow all safety rules and practices.

• Works in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives.
