The Customer Facing-Operations Center (CF-NOC) provides troubleshooting and maintenance to the Consolidated Communications Retail and Wholesale business customers which is a 24hour, 365 day a year operation. The NOC supports product levels for PRI, T1, CES to name a few. Responsible for supervising a team of union employees to achieve goals in accordance with established company policies. Performs job duties consistent within safety, legal, and regulatory requirements; company standards, culture and business practices. Acts with the highest level of business and personal ethical standards in all aspects of job performance. Responsibilities As a member of the operations center team, you will be part of a high paced, customer focused work environment. The position requires strong leadership skills as well as team and personal accountability. Supervise the daily activities of direct reports in a union environment. Provide administrative assistance with leadership, guidance, knowledge, tools, training and opportunity to perform their job functions. Contributes to departmental activities and programs by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Solves a wide range of basic to moderately complex problems, works on issues of specific scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation and some interpretation. Qualifications In order to accomplish the essential duties of this position, the incumbent must have a High School diploma or GED plus a minimum of four years of related experience, including two years' supervisory experience Holiday, weekend, and after-hours coverage needed on a weekly rotating schedule Excellent verbal and written communication skills communicate positive and negative feedback effectively. Must be detailed orientated, ability to solve problems of moderate scope, effectively analyzes results. Basic Excel skills. Strong organizational skills.
