The Role: The College of Business at Central Washington University invites applicants for a full-time, nine-month, tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Marketing, on the Ellensburg campus, beginning in September 2024. Candidates must have completed, or must be in the final stages of completing, a doctoral degree in Marketing, or a Ph.D. in a closely related field, from an AACSB-accredited school, prior to the date of appointment. ABDs who will complete the doctorate by no later than August 31, 2024 will be considered. Specifically, the candidate for this position is expected to teach introductory and advanced marketing classes (e.g. digital marketing, marketing analytics/research, consumer behavior, marketing principles) using a variety of teaching modalities. Faculty should also be dedicated to experiential student learning. Additional responsibilities for the position include contributing to curriculum development and advising students; engaging in scholarship appropriate to their field; and providing service to the University, the community and their profession.
