Learn more: Benefits, Perks, and Leave. The Role: This position manages the day-to-day operations of the Center for Financial Planning and Well-Being. This administrator as the primary contact point and liaison between the center and all its shareholders. This includes CiHS partners, professional contributors, student organizations, etc. The administrator's primary focus is to create and manage channels of communication. All employees are expected to support CWU's commitment to diversity and to bring and support inclusion into the university environment. Job Duties - Lead the day-to-day planning and execution of Money Savy Wildcats activities both on and off-campus. - Implement and monitor scheduling of peer-to-peer coaching appointments. - Implement and monitor scheduling of coach presentations. - Engage with MSW coaches and perspective coaches to improve coach retention and experience. - Develop and establish procedures to implement new outreach activities; formulate and develop new program policies and practices. - Coordinate and implement all communicative functions of the CFPW. - Develop and implement a strategic plan for communication with CFPW shareholders; evaluate communication outcomes and report to CFPW Director - Facilitate collaboration between CFPW administration, faculty and staff and the University Advancement, Alumni Relations, Foundation, Enrollment Management and Public Affairs Offices and the greater community on; recruiting, marketing and advertising; fundraising; celebrations; engagement activities; and communications. - Work with CFPW and Public Affairs to create, update, and improve advertising, and program materials to target current and future students and potential donors. - Produce CFPW specific communications such as websites and newsletters for distribution both within the university and externally (e.g., to al
