What is the required shift? Day Shift: Monday- Friday 6:30am- 3pm (flexible pending workload)

Job Purpose: The Stockroom Manager and OVS (Outside Vendor Services) Support role is a critical role for the site and responsible for ensuring the stockroom processes are being followed, identify opportunities on how to improve, and support outside vendor services with our Technical Manager and vendor partners.

What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in a technical related field of work in manufacturing, maintenance, or project engineering OR: * Associate degree in a technical-related discipline with 2+ years experience in a technical related field of work in manufacturing, maintenance, or project engineering. * Experience in a technical leadership capacity * Hands on experience with SAP

Physical Requirements: * Frequent lifting/carrying (10-55 lbs) & pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs). * Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping. * Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment. * Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift). * Ability to work in varies manufacturing environments and non-temperature-controlled rooms. * Able to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline * Previous people management experience * Stockroom experience * Experience with operating within a formalized Continuous Improvement Environment (TPM, Lean Manufacturing)

What will be your key responsibilities? * Supervise around 6 maintenance, stockroom, and apprentice staff directly. * Set up, maintain, and responsible for maintenance systems, inspection routines, inventory control, job scheduling, staff training, and identification of plant improvement plans including efficiency and yield. * Resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and communicate with other levels of leadership and make recommendations regarding non-usable, slow-moving, and excess stock. * Accountable for Stock Room Budgets to include accounts in VMS (Vendor Managed Services) and OVS (Outside Vendor Services) * Oversee the Stock KPIs/Metrics and adhere to all Workflow Processes and Procedures defined by MSE * Provide support to the Regional MRO Mgr for initiatives to optimize Stock Room Inventory. * Support outside vendor services with CBRE, Café, and SBM with support from Technical Manager
