We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada. * PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT* Under the direction of the Inventory Specialist Supervisor, performs inventory and production functions to maintain accurate inventory of outside locations. * ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS* Processes seed transfers to and from vendors. Processes work orders for treated and pelleted seed coming from vendors. Processes invoices from vendors for charges of treated and pelleted seed. * OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS* Manages drop-ship orders, including receiving and billing orders based on invoices from vendors. Back up for SowLogic. Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. * REQUIREMENTS* Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1-3 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Must be able to reach a proficient level in E1 system to complete data entry. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
