Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Support Lv1 to join our team located in ELIZABETHTOWN, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service for online orders and assisting customers in product selection. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences by managing customer orders and resolving any related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and issues efficiently.

• Process, confirm, and fulfill orders, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

• Assist with special orders, projects, and general operations in warehouse shipping and packing.

• Problem solve related to service and sales functions.

• Support routine customer enabling activities and internal order management processes.

• Generate order-related documents and update stakeholders on order statuses.

• Handle administrative tasks and support resolution of process issues following established procedures.

  Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least two years of related work experience in customer service.

• Experience with Netsuite or similar retail operating systems.
