LinQuest is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in El Segundo, CA. An active TS/SCI is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Next Gen Polar program in the Space Sensing PEO in managing system engineering integration activities.

• Provide technical assessment identifying any discrepancies between actual and planned performance to include any deviations in cost, schedule, quality and all resulting impacts.

• Provide detailed reports of progress with technical evaluation of risk and impact. Identify and elevate technical and programmatic challenges.

• Identify, document and report technical status/performance relating to the assembly, integration and test of system payloads and spacecraft baselines.

• Collect data and provide comprehensive analysis on existing development programs within the Next Gen program.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Bachelor’s degree

• 8+ years directly applicable experience

• Experience working in or supporting assembly, integration and test of system payloads and spacecraft

• Able to design, analyze, and report out on spacecraft and payload hardware to provide in-depth technical assessments and identify issues and risks.

• Excellent communication skills, customer relationship and technical skills.

• Experienced with program technical, schedule, and cost activities.

• Ability to develop solutions for complex technical issues with limited supervision.

• US Citizenship and a TS/SCI Security Clearance are required for the position

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from approximately $150,000 to $165,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
