Robert Half Sales Account Manager in El Segundo, California

Description We are in search of a Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Printing/Publishing industry, based in El Segundo, California. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update strategic plans for independent and key accounts, along with annual forecasts.

• Implement strategies to boost independent sales.

• Work towards achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.

• Uncover new areas for growth and drive the execution of key priorities and customer sales projects.

• Utilize PowerPoint to create presentations to secure new accounts.

• Track all orders from the inception to completion stage.

• Distribute sample packets to existing and potential new customers.

• Manage all aspects of customer accounts, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements • Proficiency in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is mandatory.

• Exceptional customer service skills are required.

• Experience in filing and managing documents is crucial.

• Ability to communicate effectively via email is necessary.

• Previous experience in the printing/publishing industry would be advantageous.

• Proven track record in sales or account management is preferred.

• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
