Leads team to fulfill the TPWD Mission in a manner that embodies the departments core values. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preservation of cultural and natural resources; oversight of the park maintenance program and repair of facilities, grounds, and equipment; visitor and customer services; financial management; human resources management, including recruitment and retention of a workforce; and educational and interpretive program management. Assists in the oversight of the park safety program and ensures compliance with department standards.
