Brokers Logistics Sales Operations Analyst in El Paso, Texas
- General knowledge and understanding of 3PL Operations with multi-tenant facilities
- General understanding of Automotive, White Goods, and Food Grade industries or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably bi-lingual (English and Spanish), to ensure on-point communication internally and with customers and potential customers alike
- Certified or SME in MS Excel
- Well versed in MS Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Required to learn and understand the companys Warehouse Management System (WDLS), as well as other pertinent and available tools to understand current account volumes
- Develop a deep understanding of the companys operational methods and unique activities
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate reporting methods by account / facility / location for overall sales activities - both internal rate reviews and external leads
- Assist and acts as the companys sales liaison with existing and potential customers
- Follow-up on potential sales leads that are provided to the company via website leads and/or third-party sales agencies
- Lead the relationship with companys third-party sales agencies
- Participate in Sales cold calls via phone, email or personal visits in efforts to obtain new business
- Lead and/or participate in customer / potential customer visits
- Develop and deliver Rate Quotes and/or Rate Addendums as directed by the Vice President or other members of Executive Management
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales literature, presentations and promotional materials
- Assist and represent the company at individual special events of a sales or promotional nature
- Abides by company policies and procedures as listed within the Employee Handbook or other Actively participates in Safety Programs to ensure a safe work environment for all persons
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Communicates any and all problems and questions to Warehouse Management System (WMS) Administrator
- Responsible for all equipment, supplies, documents and materials related to job
- Complies with all Federal, State, and Local Regulations
