*Medical Management Services is hiring a Bilingual Medical Collector! * Experience: At least 2 years experience within the medical industry or medical insurance Employer is willing to train. Language: Must be English/Spanish bilingual Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required Schedule: Full time Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH No background check or Drug test will be required Duties:

• Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, or telephone.
• Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
• Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• Assign the patient to diagnosis-related groups (DRGs), using appropriate computer software.
