Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will provide support to the HR team in various administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrative Assistant

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.

• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.

• Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and attendance records.

• Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
