Job Description

Insight Global is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Tier 2 Customer Support Specialists to join our clients dynamic team in the financial services industry. In this role, youll be an essential part of the retirement services department, providing top-notch support to clients.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

As a Tier 2 Customer Support Specialist, youll handle approximately 25-30 calls per day from clients with inquiries about their IRA accounts. Youll assist with general questions, guide clients through distribution processes, and facilitate transactions. Your expertise and excellent communication skills will ensure clients receive the best possible service.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2 years call center experience

  • 1 years financial service experience within Banking preferably

  • desire to lead and direct clients properly

  • experience with customer de-escalation

  • excellent customer service skills

  • experience with excel, windows, and outlook null
