Insight Global Manufacturing Quality Engineer in El Dorado, Arkansas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their clients growing manufacturing team. This person will be responsible for the entire plant quality process starting with the inspection of raw materials all the way through to making sure that finished products are 100% tested and meat specifications. They should come from a manufacturing quality background and be comfortable calibrating tools, testing equipment, and conducting line audits. The right person will be familiar with processes such as FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis), kaizen and lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and other manufacturing related quality control processes. This person will be responsible for overseeing two inspectors and should be comfortable communicating feedback on a regular basis.

Skills and Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role or relevant education
Proven experience conducting line audits, testing equipment, testing products and equipment, or performing other hands on quality inspection activities
Minimum intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft office suite Conducting FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) processes null
