Medtronic Sales Representative Cardiac Rhythm Management in Eindhoven, Netherlands

In this role, you will gain expertise in features and benefits of the devices/therapies to be able to translate this to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. You will build strategic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) partnerships, co-create business cases with customers and help customers to define and refine their clinical pathways. Your focus will be on the Northeast region of the Netherlands.

You will be the Commercial partner to the Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and the Healthcare Network (Hospitals). You will execute sales activities to grow market share (i.e. launch new products, accuracy message).

A Day in the Life

  • Gain access to commercial and clinical stakeholders at the account.

  • Maintain relationships with clinical stakeholders (cardiologists and cardiac device specialists).

  • Manage and control contracts (through Vendavo).

  • Conduct account planning, register activities (call records) and create account plans.

  • Registrate account engagement.

  • Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Business Operations on inventory management.

  • Purchase order process management.

  • Collaborate on tender management.

Must Haves

  • 3-5 years of successful Sales experience, ideally in the (cardiac) medical device industry/life-science/pharma environment

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both oral and written

  • Strong team player attitude and ability to cooperate within a team

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently and without supervision

Nice to Haves

  • Clinical and/or technical background

  • General product and Therapy knowledge of the defined product scope

  • Experience in the Operation Room environment
