What will you work on

You will lead a new team developing insights into our products and services to help our customers achieve their goals using data analysis.

On any given day on the job, you may:

  • Guide your team members to analyze and visualize the data.

  • Define and communicate the data analysis strategy.

  • Cooperate with subject matter experts, analysts, engineers, product managers and product owners in the wider organization to identify data analysis requirements.

  • Develop, qualify and report data analysis results (models, metrics, algorithms).

  • Prepare data pipelines and model deployments (both for statistical analysis and machine learning) while helping to scale the data infrastructure.

  • Travel for internal and/or external meetings or conferences.

Who do we look for

  • A degree in Engineering, Master or PhD, preferably in data science or mathematics.

  • Two years or more of experience in data analysis, data science, and/or statistics.

  • Skills in communication, cooperation, people management and critical thinking.

  • The ability to quickly understand a variety of topics and recognize areas where data can provide business value, while bringing a curiosity and self-starter mentality.

  • English speaking and writing skills.

  • The ideal candidate enjoys working in a multi-cultural, collaborative high-tech environment.

Considered a plus are skills in:

  • Data analysis & visualizations tools and programming languages

  • Platform and database technologies
