Fortive Corporation Customer Service Representative (German Speaking) in Eindhoven, Netherlands

For our Export markets we are in search of a Customer Service Representative (German Speaking) who is knowledgeable and experienced with the day-to-day order to cash process providing assistance and support to ensure a positive customer experience. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively to meet customer needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle internal & external customer inquiries quotes & orders in an efficient, accurate and professional manner for the DACH and Benelux markets.

  • Be the main contact person for disputes management regarding orders orders for the DACH and Benelux markets, using strong analytic and organization skills you will fix these issues.

  • Have an advanced understanding of EDI, web portal orders + invoicing.

  • Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

  • With Initial Direction & Supervision, take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

  • Work with internal teams (ie: logistics, finance, sales, service engineers, senior leaders) with a high sense of accountability.

Our Needs

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HBO thinking + performance skills

  • (Near) Native English, German and Dutch; any other EU language is a pre.

  • Work experience (2+ years in Customer Service or Customer support)

  • Knowledge of ERP system: Sale Force and SAP is a pre.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail orientated.

  • Working knowledge of Excel

Preferred Skills:

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries + situations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Any other major European language

  • Understanding of the medical market + products

  • High level of responsibility and efficiency when working and communicating.

  • Working knowledge with SAP
