Philips Business Analyst - Innovation Architecture in Eindhoven, Netherlands

In this position you will engage in diverse projects aimed at enhancing innovation and operational efficiency across our Philips businesses, specifically focusing on applied architecture. Your role involves conducting analyses and spearheading process improvements, ultimately driving better innovations and operational enhancements. You'll provide practical advisory services in "Architecture beyond technology," playing a hands-on role in shaping the company's strategic direction. Your role:

  • Business (case) analyses, market analyses, and competitor analyses

  • Support set up and facilitation of workshops and customer presentations

  • Conduct and interpret interviews

  • Assist project leaders in leading large projects or acting as a Program Management Office support

  • Be a part of innovation and process improvement efforts with people in the business and markets

  • Develop conclusions and generate deliverables such as (parts of) reports and presentations

  • Guard project results (both budget and customer satisfaction)

  • Contribute and participate in projects per agreed ways of working, by learning on the job

  • Support acquisition of future assignments via existing relations and networking.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • A Master’s degree in a technical discipline

  • 2+ years’ working experience preferably at one of our businesses addressing topics like SaaS, Software Defined Systems, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce.

  • Affinity with Digital Transformation and process optimization between cross -functional business and IT teams (basically the field where ‘IT meets OT’).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Capability to convert data into information, and ideally into intelligence

  • Excellent knowledge of innovation and/or operation concepts, tools, and methods

  • Experience in delivering projects to meet demanding targets in time and quality

  • Advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint, preferably enhanced with basic data wrangling and analytics
