Functieomschrijving

Als Monteur 2 ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reinigen en voormonteren van onderdelen, mantels en stangen, en het voorbereiden van de montage van hydraulische cilinders. Je zorgt ervoor dat de cilinders klaar zijn voor verdere bewerking, zoals stralen, spuiten en transport. Daarnaast speel je een cruciale rol in de controle en kwaliteitsborging van de gemonteerde onderdelen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Lezen en interpreteren van productietekeningen, stuklijsten en werkvoorbereiding.

• Controleren van materialen op beschadigingen en bramen, inclusief unieke nummering van onderdelen.

• Reinigen, ontvetten, en voormonteren van componenten, seals, en andere onderdelen.

• Monteren van hydraulische cilinders tot 22 meter lengte, inclusief het afvullen van cilinders met olie onder vacuüm.

• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles, inclusief het vastleggen van meetgegevens en het maken van foto's voor bewijsvoering.

• Herstellen van kwaliteitsproblemen volgens gestandaardiseerde werkprocessen (LEAN TOOLS; 5S - Standaard werk).

• Naleven van veiligheidsprocedures, zoals de LOTO-procedure bij onderhoud of reparatie.

Jouw profiel:

• Opleiding en ervaring op MBO-niveau (BOL/BBL2).

• Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring.

• Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen en werkvoorschriften (in Nederlands en/of Engels).

• Bekend met het gebruik van montagetools en hijstechnieken; een heftruckcertificaat is een pluspunt.

• Vaardigheden in het bedienen van elektrische pallettrucks en mobiele platforms (interne training mogelijk).

• Technisch inzicht, goede communicatieve vaardigheden, en een flexibele, stressbestendige werkhouding.
