An incredible opportunity has opened to work for one of the Preeminent Independent Outdoor Advertising companies in the Eastern U.S.  Transformation Media is searching for a Rock Star Media Sales Representative to develop business in the Pittsburgh area and five surrounding states.  As a subsidiary of 84 Lumber Company, the nation's largest privately held supplier of building materials, we are a growing outdoor advertising company with deep roots within our communities. The outside Media Sales Representative would need to live in the Pittsburgh area but would have the flexibility to work partially from home.  If you have an excellent sales record of closing small to mid-size businesses and possess a high level of ambition, drive and initiative, here's your next mountain to climb. Who We Need: You have a minimum of 1 year of selling to business owners and senior executives You believe in the effectiveness of a selling system You're successful and can prove it with numbers that show you're a top performer You are professional and articulate You are interpersonally adept; a relationship builder You are willing to put in the work, not make excuses; challenge yourself You are organized and manage your time well You are a positive teammate to others in the organization We are looking for an individual who has a proven track-record of hunting for new business and building a robust pipeline, building relationships with owners / senior executives and utilizing a consultative sales approach to close. As a Transformation Media representative, you will prospect for small-to-medium size businesses in the Western PA area and conduct effective conversations to outline what differentiates us from our competitors and the benefits of outdoor advertising. What You'll Do Build a strong pipeline through effective lead generation and prospect techniques Prospect small-to-medium size businesses in market area and conduct meetings Evaluate prospects' business and needs to suggest appropriate advertising packages Sell to business owners and senior executives Set goals and implement weekly prospecting behaviors Hold yourself accountable to continuously learn and grow Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through face-to-face meetings Keep client's accounts receivables collected and up to date Maintain good working relationship with the production department to ensure timely delivery for clients Qualifications

5+ years of  sales experience
