An incredible opportunity has opened to work for one of the Preeminent Independent Outdoor Advertising companies in the Eastern U.S. Transformation Media, a division of 84 Lumber, is searching for an energetic Operations and Development Coordinator to assist TM in managing operations projects and assisting real estate in new development project management. The Operations and Development Coordinator (ODC) will manage the company's assets from an operational perspective including vegetation, structure and illumination management.  Additionally, the ODC will assist the Real Estate Department with development research and permitting requirements. If you have an excellent history working with contractors, permitting and inventory management and possess a high level of ambition, drive and initiative, here's your next mountain to climb. The sky's the limit with our company! The ideal candidate will be from the South Pittsburgh, PA area and/or be willing to relocate to this area. Our office is located at the 84 Lumber Headquarters, in Eighty Four, PA, approximately 40 minutes south of Pittsburgh. Responsibilities

This could have been in a general business environment, a general construction field or some type of real estate experience. *You can meet contractors on site for project management and cost bidding. *You enjoy research and are content to work alone *Have an eye for detail and can prepare documents, research and understand zoning ordinances *You are willing to put in the work, not make excuses; challenge yourself *You are organized, take ownership of your work and manage your time well *You are a positive teammate to others in the organization Qualifications

What You'll Do *Oversee 600 billboard faces in five states to ensure structures are maintained and clear of vegetation for access and visibility from the highways. *Meet contractors on-site as needed to estimate and schedule vegetation removal and maintenance *Prepare permit documentation for vegetation and new construction *Research potential sites for new structures *Manage contractor pool to complete various operational tasks *Hold yourself accountable to continuously learn and grow
