Emerson Manager, Material Planning in EGER, Hungary
If you are a professional Material Planning Manager who are looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting role for you based in Eger, HU! In this position you will responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials for production by forecasting demand, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers. You will optimize supply chain processes, control costs, and collaborate with departments to prevent delays and maintain smooth operations.
LOCATION: Eger (on-site)
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Management, coordination and control of raw materials procurement group - task allocation, accountability, development
Operation and optimization of the raw material procurement system in the factory area - setting up, development and monitoring of process metrics
Planning, implementation and fine-tuning of inventory management activities
Review and modification of safety stocks
Regular communication with suppliers and partner departments

For This Role, You Will Need:
Higher education (Bsc) in economics or technology
Confident use of Hungarian and English in writing and speaking
At least 5 years of proven experience in a multinational environment in the field of logistics (purchasing, customer relations, production planning)
At least 1 year of managerial experience
User-level knowledge of MS Office (Excel) program package (SAP advantage)
The ideal candidate for us is agile, a team player, has a high degree of flexibility, is able to handle conflicts and complexity.
