Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Front End Developer to join our team in for a 100% remote contract role. This role involves addressing skill gaps within our current team by transforming UX research into design and ensuring the optimal functionality of our websites. The position offers a contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for both bug fixing and new development in equal measures.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the UX team to transform wireframes/flows into functional designs

• Identify and fix bugs, for example, resolving issues with call to action buttons blending with the background on our websites

• Contribute to new development projects, enhancing the overall user experience and functionality of our websites

• Utilize your knowledge of React, HTML, and CSS to create and improve web pages

• Learn and adapt to new technologies, such as Jext, to enhance your skills and our website's performance

• Work autonomously, demonstrating the ability to be a self-starter and resourceful problem solver

• Utilize Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing tasks

• Implement cross-platform solutions to ensure our websites function seamlessly across different devices and browsers

• Use your skills in AngularJS and Ajax to create dynamic and efficient client-side scripts

• Apply your understanding of design frameworks to produce well-structured, efficient, and scalable code.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front End Developer for 3 or more years

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management

• Familiarity with Bug Tracking to manage and resolve issues

• Expertise in Client Side Scripting for web application development

• Experience in Cross-Platform development for compatibility across devices

• Knowledge of Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Proficiency in AngularJS for building web applications

• Ability to write efficient, scalable, and reusable CSS

• Experience in Design for creating user-friendly interfaces

• Familiarity with various development Frameworks

• Proficiency in using React for building user interfaces

• Expertise in HTML for structuring and presenting content on the web.
