The Company:

OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

About the role:

At OSL we’re excited to announce that we have partnered with aGlobal Leader in Vapingand are looking to recruit a Sales Associate in Edmonton, Alberta.You’re passionate, driven, and excited about working for one of the world’s most popular vape brands.

Location of role: West Edmonton Mall

A little more about the role:

  • Grow sales month over month

  • Manage inventory to ensure proper resupply of goods

  • Establish clear, challenging, achievable goals for the store and sales team

  • Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising and customer service

    What you bring:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in restaurant or retail management

  • The knowledge that when your team is successful, you are successful - your leadership style should reflect this

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional service, identify and satisfy customer needs, and manage the operational success

  • Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics

  • Experience with recruitment, coaching, and leading a team of successful salespeople

  • Detail-oriented, results-focused, problem solver with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work, days, evenings, and weekends
