As we continue to expand, we're seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join us as Construction Labourers.

As a Millshop Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects from start to finish. You will work alongside the Site Superintendent and skilled tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of various tasks on project sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities: 

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.

• Operate milling machinery such as saws, grinders, and lathes.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of production data.

• Report daily activities and any issues encountered to supervisors.

• Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Dispose of waste materials properly.

• Work effectively with other mill workers and supervisors.

• Communicate clearly about production goals and issues.

  Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in millshop or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. 

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. 

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 

• Having a variety of own tools is preferred but not required (tool allowance provided). 

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 

• Commitment to safety practices and procedures
