Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our law firm based in Seattle. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting our personal injury attorneys in all stages of case preparation and management. You will primarily assist with documentation, pleadings, discovery, and client communications while adhering to the law firm's high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with initial case investigations and draft incident reports.

• Gathering and organizing evidence including medical records, bills, and insurance information.

• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.

• Scheduling case-related tasks including depositions, mediations, and trials.

• Communicating effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.

• Maintaining organised and up-to-date case file documentation.

• Assisting attorneys in trial preparation.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of personal injury in Washington state.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.

The salary range for this position is $25-30/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
