Ice, Lights & More, Inc. seeks 43 temp FT Holiday Decorators and Groundskeeping Workers 10/01/24-01/31/25. Duties: Clean and prepare the exterior of homes and businesses for holiday decoration, removing obstructions and debris as needed. Assist with assembling and installing exterior seasonal decorations. Remove decorations at the end of the season. Clean, place into storage containers. Dispose of trash. Employer will provide all tools, supplies, & equip. 1 mo. exp. req. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Worksite 17244 N May Ave, Edmond, OK 73012 & worksites in Oklahoma & Logan Counties; transportation provided to worksite. \$21.40/hr Mon-Fri; 40 hrs/wk. Shifts 7am-5pm. OT may be avail @ \$32.10/hr. Work hrs = to @ least 3/4ths of workdays in each 12-wk period. Paid weekly; single workweek used as standard for computing wages. Employer will reimburse the H2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H2B worker. All deductions from pay req by law. If worker completes 50% of contract, employer will reimburse worker for transp & subsistence from place of recruit to place of work. Upon completion of contract or where worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transp & subsistence back home, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/ another employer. Transp pay or reimbursement = to most eco & reasonable common carrier for distance involved. Daily subsistence provided @ a rate of \$15.88/ day to a max of \$59.00/day w/ receipts.
