Description

We are looking for a hardworking IT Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Must perform warehouse-related tasks with a high level of dependability, competence and professionalism

Seeking Flexible individual able to pivot due to fast pace and frequently changing priorities

Basic Responsibilities:

Receiving, checking, recording, organizing, asset tagging and storing stock as it is received

Stocking shelves, processing and packing orders

Counting and recording inventory quantities with accuracy

Coordinating transportation of deliveries and retrieval of assets in a timely manner

Inspecting inventory for damage and errors and communicating found errors to relevant parties

Perform Chain of Custody validation of deliveries from receipt through delivery confirmation

Coordinate with Finance Team to receive orders in PeopleSoft Financials application

Work with Ticketing System to fulfil requests for stock as required

Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment

Ensuring safe handling, secure and proper storage of assets

Warehouse Mapping: Recording location of stock within the warehouse for easy retrieval

Safe handling and disposal of electronic waste

Requirements

Skills Required:

Honesty and Integrity, Good Teamworking skills, Clear Verbal and Written Communication, Time Management ability, basic IT skills (including data entry in spreadsheets) and the ability and willingness to learn more advanced tasks
