This Analyst role in Customer Memberships supports Medical Nutrition and Optifast businesses by assuring proper and accurate linking of customers to contracts. This will be accomplished by acquiring and analyzing large customer data sets, cross-functional problem solving, and applying a high level of attention to detail. The Customer Memberships Analyst is a change agent with an eye towards improving Customer Memberships and organizational processes. To successfully achieve day-to-day functions and special projects, this role also requires robust collaboration with other business units such as National Accounts, Sales Data Management, Sales Support, Pricing, Finance, and Rebates/Chargebacks Teams.
Responsibilities
Acquire and analyze large customer data sets.
Ensure accurate linking of customers to contracts.
Collaborate with various business units such as National Accounts, Sales Data Management, Sales Support, Pricing, Finance, and Rebates/Chargebacks Teams.
Drive process improvement initiatives.
Work independently with minimal direction.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
Essential Skills
Proficient in data analysis and corporate operations.
Experience with SAP, Vistex, BI Launch, and Microsoft Office.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional environment.
Self-motivated and highly detail-oriented.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals.
Working knowledge of Vistex, SAP, GDSN, BW Reporting, EDI, and CRM.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Experience in Corporate Operations.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
