The Sr. Organizational Development and DE&I Lead is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of global and US-based programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, diversity and inclusion, employee capabilities, engagement and retention. The Sr. Organizational Development and DE&I Lead will work closely with business and HR leaders across the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This person will lead, and at times support, the design, development and implementation of leadership, employee and teams’ development programs, and cross-company HR programs.

This person will own and lead the DE&I initiatives and activities, working closely with the Chief People officer, the HR Leadership Team and Senior Management to define the key DE&I focus areas, align DE&I strategy and KPIs, develop and implement relevant programs to address them.

In collaboration with the OD team, HR Business Partners and Management, they will align all OD and DE&I initiatives with global HR and corporate strategy.

It is critical for this person to demonstrate commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global organizational development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.

  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and employee development.

  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

  • Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to promote collaboration and a positive work environment.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives

  • Lead the execution of the global Stratasys DE&I strategy, including identifying focus areas and KPIs, design programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, create and execute project plans.

  • Lead the design and execution of the Minnesota-based Internship Program in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.

  • Develop and execute global programs and projects from beginning to end by creating project plans, success measurements and communication plans

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources similar degree required.

  • Master’s Degree in Organizational Development is preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of Organizational Development and DE&I experience required.

  • Advanced knowledge of Leadership Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and DE&I theories and practices.

  • Highly experienced in designing, executing and monitoring programs and projects.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong facilitation skills including the ability to listen, deliver, organize thoughts, and lead initiatives.

  • Advanced interpersonal skills.

  • Positive, can-do attitude with tenacious drive for customer service.

  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across levels and geographies.

  • Embraces change and performs with confidence in the face of ambiguity.

  • Seeks to understand business to bring fresh perspectives and add value.

  • Results driven with a sense of urgency. Creates energy, momentum and enthusiasm in others and invests in their growth.

  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • No direct reports

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Flexible hybrid work model

  • Travel requirement:10-20%
