As a Senior Business Analyst within the Business Analysis and Reporting team, you will conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. This role supports complex ETLs workflows capturing key Clinical Operation activities delivering insights for training, coaching, and driving medical cost savings while reducing provider abrasion. This role is vital to understanding business performance and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain dashboards to accurately represent the state of Quality, Coaching, and Key Operational Performance metrics

  • Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes, and technologies

  • Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning

  • Perform well in a fast-paced matrixed environment, prioritizing multiple deliverables that pivot given business needs

  • Analyze, review and trend complex data

  • Create and deliver reports (routine and ad hoc)

  • Manage a queue of work requests and communicate progress

  • QA datasets created by yourself or others

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Alteryx, SAS, Qlik or other related data analysis tools

  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other related BI tool

  • 2+ years of experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting them in a clear concise manner

  • Experience building/maintaining working forecast models, including creating visual representations of data

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working within Payment Integrity

  • Experience with United Healthcare claims data

  • Experience building dashboards for senior leaders to drive operational decisions

  • Intermediate proficiency with Alteryx

  • Intermediate proficiency with Experience with Power BI
