Emerson Production Assembler in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Emerson is hiring for Assembler Positions at our Shakopee, Eden Prairie, and Chanhassen locations – all positions include full benefits and competitive pay! In this role, you will be responsible for assembly of measurement instrumentation products. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated good safety and quality efforts, this role is for you!

Pay and Benefits:

Starting Pay (based on experience):

o $19.47-$22.84 + shift differential if applicable

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Assembling devices that are used for measurement in a wide range of industries

  • Performing a wide variety of tasks at a workstation, such as: hand soldering; brazing; making repairs; performing testing; and packaging of finished products

  • Participating in daily organization and cleanup of work area

  • Following safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision

  • Inspecting work to ensure total quality.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Solid work history showing a record of dependability

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Positions are contingent upon the passing of an aptitude assessment and pre-employment screening

  • Physical requirements

  • Must be able to stand for 80% of the shift

  • Be able to frequently move equipment and products weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Communicate in English without an interpreter

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Previous manufacturing assembly experience.

  • Previous Rosemount Inc. experience.

Open Shifts:

1st Shift Shakopee: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

1st Shift Shakopee: Monday-Thursday, 4:30am-3:00pm

1st Shift Chanhassen and Eden Prairie: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-2:30pm & Friday, 5:30am-11:30am

2nd Shift Shakopee, Chanhassen & Eden Prairie: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:30am

3rd Shift Shakopee: Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00pm-4:30am

Weekend Shift Shakopee and Chanhassen: Friday-Sunday, 5:30am-6:00pm (36 hours)
