Job Title: Principal CloudOps Engineer Job Duties: Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions to support application business and technical requirements. Design and implement modern technical solutions that address requirements for the design and implementation of state-of-the-art technical solutions on cloud infrastructure. These technical solutions address business requirements for scalability, reliability, security, automation, and performance. Work with developers, sales, and support engineers to deliver resilient cloud solutions. Lead operational engineering activities including platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting and documentation. Identify, design, and deploy appropriate monitoring/alerting of service events related to performance, scalability, availability, and reliability. Define and maintain critical cloud policies. Lead cloud strategy discussions, and decisions on overall cloud design and best approach for implementing cloud solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to a broad group of stakeholders. Position permits telecommuting from within the U.S. Required education: Master of science or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related. Required experience: 24 months as Principal CloudOps Engineer. Additional minimum requirements: work experience to include at least 24 months of the following:

Operating and supporting Kubernetes-based (K8s) infrastructure in the Cloud (AWS and Azure);

Cloud Native Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) and Infrastructure-as-Code-based (IaC) pipelines;

Advanced Cloud and Cluster (K8s) Networking experience, including VPC configuration, NACLs/SGs, NAT/IGs, LBs, CNI, NATS, and CRD/Operator management;

SRE-based Observability, Alerting, and Incident Response.
