JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineer

LOCATION: 11000 Optum Circle Eden Prairie, MN 55344

DUTIES: Develop, create, and modify computer applications software. work on a development team working on the Development and design on the latest client and server-side UI/UX frameworks. Deliver business critical projects while managing day-to-day activities in an efficient and professional manner. Mentor junior developers, and work on technical design and framework development. Collaborate with offshore team and lead technical activities for multiple it projects. Oversee delivery of multiple projects from design to release. Lead design and development for modules and projects. Implement design pattern and develop frameworks. Perform code reviews. Engineer automated test and metric reporting solutions. Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories. Perform communications and status for stakeholders and conduct for performance testing and tuning. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and five (5) years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or In a Computer Related Occupation

Position requires 5 years of experience in the following:

• Full software development life cycle

• Working with IT applications

• Spring boot

• Java, J2ee, spring framework, and JavaScript.

• MySQL and oracle

• angular or react.

• Jenkins and OpenShift

• Performance tuning of web applications.

• JUnit and maven

• Scrum and Agile

• Apache Kafka

• Akka framework

• Business rules engine

• Healthcare experience.

RATE OF PAY: $144,200.00 /year - $170,000.00/Year
