Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Data Analyst with expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, specifically in the domain of Athena EHR. As a crucial member of our client's team, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully migrating healthcare organizations to Athena EHR and possesses a strong understanding of healthcare data mappings. Key Responsibilities: Leverage EHR data experience to contribute to the seamless migration of healthcare organizations to Athena EHR. Demonstrate in-depth domain knowledge of Athena EHR and ensure accurate data mapping and migration activities. Utilize data analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making processes within the healthcare organization. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely migration activities that align with business requirements. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the migration process. Apply expertise in modern technology and application support, including data mapping, quality assurance, and validation processes. Maintain a proactive and self-driven approach to meet and exceed project expectations. Required Basic Qualifications: US Citizen Proven experience as a data analyst, specifically in the healthcare industry, with a focus on EHR data migration. In-depth domain knowledge of Athena EHR. Strong understanding of healthcare data mappings and the ability to translate them into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with modern technology and application support through education or practical experience. Ability to drive projects forward independently and meet tight deadlines. High level of motivation and commitment to achieving project goals. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50.00-$60.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
