Genesis10 is seeking a Data Analyst for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote. Key Responsibilities: Project: This team does work that is regulatory required reporting supporting "Client "Rx and Rx claims and PBM claims. They are in the RX claim space, PBM claims that they would be dabbling in to get down to the target requirements that are coming in from the state and federal, quality is a big focus. Otherstuff would be data visualization with still the same data from Rx Claims. Setting up new portals for new clients so needing more hands to help with that reporting. Required Basic Qualifications: Couple years experience Bachelor's degree a must or can have degree that is in process too. Data analyst: 70% coding, 30% data visualization using PowerBI or Tableau Must know big data with Data Bricks or Snowflake and must be able code (Data bricks, Snowflake, SQL) SSRS is ok as well, Python too- the language would work. 2 years coding experience, coding heavy- MUST be able to write code Power BI or Tableau a plus not a deal breaker Data transformation: Alteryx, ADF, Snowpark etc. Communication, integrity big items. Exp with PBM is helpful not required Health Care is good to have Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $47.00-$55.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
