Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a CNC Programmer to join one of our largest testing and simulation clients. This individual will be responsible for the setting up and programming of a new Makino horizontal milling machine. They will help to program and troubleshoot this machine using Esprit CAM and MAS-A5 control software to ensure that the machine is up and running in a timely matter. A qualified candidate will be an excellent communicator who collaborates cross-functionally with machinists and the other programmers on the team to achieve a high level of efficiency.

*Please note this is an onsite role in Eden Prairie, MN. Flexible work schedule for 4 ten hour shifts Monday-Thursday.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience with Esprit CAM

• Ability to set up new products and make edits/corrections in program

• Experience working with Makino horizontal milling equipment and MAS-A5 systems

• Ability to read schematics and blue prints

• Previous CNC Machinist/Operator experience

• Must work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN - CNC degree, certificates, or machinist post-secondary work

• Master CAM or Gibbs CAM programming experience null
