JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Mechanical Assembler is role is essential in manufacturing operations, concentrating on assembling mechanical parts, pieces, or products. It demands meticulous attention to detail and a thorough comprehension of assembly instructions and blueprints to guarantee that each component is accurately constructed and assembled, upholding high-quality standards. Duties: Read and interpret diagrams drawings, and prints. Assemble mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, and hardware according to design specifications. Install electrical components, including circuit boards, digital displays, and sensors, into main assemblies per design requirements. Follow work instructions to construct mechanical and electrical assemblies. Assess the quality of parts and materials used in production. Track inventory of parts and tools used in the assembly process. Perform basic troubleshooting. Conduct in-process inspections. Test finished products for defects. Oversee factory acceptance testing of equipment. Clean and maintain work areas. Work hours required to meet company demand. Train and support others as needed.
