BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. Sales Director in Eatontown, New Jersey

Onsite Postion in Eatontown NJ, some travel required

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for oversight of the Outside Sales, Inside Sales and Marekting Departments. The main function of the role is to drive growth and market presence through strategic sales initiatives. Beyond traditional responsibilities, we envision this role as a catalyst for fostering collaboration between departments, harnessing the power of software and system capabilities, and unlocking the full potential of our team members. This position has 4 direct reports with a total of 24 personnel make up of the sales and marekting departments (these teams are comprised of onsite, hybrid and fully remote personnel).

BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is an ISO 9001 certified company. This role is responsible for learning, understanding and demonstrating ISO 9001 standards through daily work activities.

Skills and Experience:

· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field, preferred

· Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales management.

· Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry

· Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and market dynamics.

o Inquisitive nature with demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting.

o Machine visualization and understanding.

o Ability to interpret technical drawings.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.

o Demonstrated practical experience driving improvements and defining key objectives with outside and inside sales teams.

· Exceptional written and spoken communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Ability to prepare and present data effectively.

o Candid and constructive input.

· Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft applications

· Proficiency with BRECOflex product line and manufacturing process, after internal training is complete.

· Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Job Functions:

· Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with BRECOflex objectives and market trends.

o Set clear goals and KPIs for inside and outside sales teams.

o Identify key market segments, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive business growth.

§ Leverage applications like CRM to drive collaboration and quick response time.

· Team Leadership and Development:

o Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to sales teams to enhance performance and professional growth.

o Set clear expectations, goals and KPI’s to monitor sales plans and forecasts.

o Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

§ Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.

§ Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Assist with marketing initiatives and activities to align sales efforts.

§ Assist in development and interaction resources for internal and external customers.

§ Assist in the development of customer training and resource material.

o Collaborate with marketing, business, operations, and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and incorporate customer feedback to drive improvements.

o Work closely with customer service to drive exceptional customer service.

· Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

o Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

· Follow ISO, 5S, manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.

· Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

· Other duties as assigned.
