We are looking to bring on board a Help Desk Analyst I to work in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role is vital to our operations as you will be coordinating a Windows 11 build process project, managing communications, scheduling, and data coordination. This opportunity offers a short-term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Kick-start and manage the Windows 11 build process project

• Handle the coordination of data and ensure its accuracy and reliability

• Manage email communications pertaining to the project, ensuring timely and effective responses

• Schedule project-related activities and ensure strict adherence to timelines

• Utilize skills in O365/Windows 10 or 11 to enhance project efficiency

• Execute mail mergers as required within the project scope

• Manage time effectively while dealing with offices in multiple countries

• Operate as a Level 1/2 type of Analyst, providing first and second-level support

• Leverage skills in Microsoft, Active Directory, and Windows 11 to enhance job performance and project outcomes.

Requirements • Candidate should have a firm understanding of Microsoft software and products

• Proficiency in Active Directory management is required

• Experience with Windows 11 is necessary

• Excellent problem-solving skills are essential

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Familiarity with IT help desk software and remote support tools

• Proven experience in customer support or a client-facing role is beneficial

• Basic knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and infrastructure is desirable
