We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant based in East Windsor, NJ. As a Project Assistant, your primary role will be to organize and manage customer files and perform scanning tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize customer files efficiently

• Perform scanning tasks as required

• Maintain customer records with utmost accuracy

Requirements

• Proficiency in organizing files, with an ability to maintain a structured and efficient filing system.

• Demonstrated experience in document scanning, ensuring efficient digital storage and easy access.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

• Good verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members.

• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for document creation and management.

• Aptitude for working in a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
