We are seeking an established professional in Product and Technical Service. Responds to customer calls, provides training to customers, and performs data analysis. Adjusts work procedures to ensure high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate electronic service bills of material

• Create graphics that link to the service bills of material.

• Set up critical parts through the New Parts Setup (NPS) system.

• Help develop service kits and instructions.

• Provide second level technical support for parts issues.

• Update Standard Work instructions.

Key Qualifications

• Understanding of Commercial HVAC products.

• Knowledge of Design Center bill of materials structure, purchased parts specifications procedures and bill of material structure development.

• Knowledge of software packages such as Windchill, Excel, and SAP.

• Ability to demonstrate intermediate Word and Excel skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.

• Effective follow-up and follow-through skills.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree.

• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience in a related design discipline.

• Product Design experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay Range:

$61,213 - $107,122 Annually
