Being a Manufacturing Engineer Manager is responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process. Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specification requirements. Effective leadership with a team working with multiple areas.Responsibilities & Duties
* Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency
* Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively
* Development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process
* Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specifications requirements.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* 5 + years of relevant experience
* Bachelor's Degree in related field
* Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
* Strong collaboration delivering exceptional business
* Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Proven experience in meeting required Manufacturing Engineering goals

Salary: 90K - 125K DOE
