Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in EAST SYRACUSE, New York. In this role, you will primarily handle customer service related tasks, with some involvement in warehouse and services responsibilities. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively

• Provide high-quality customer service in a call center environment

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer records accurately

• Manage email correspondence with customers, promptly addressing their needs

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and document customer interactions

• Process order entries accurately and efficiently

• Schedule appointments according to customer needs and company availability

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, handling both simple and complex customer inquiries

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences

• Proficient in data entry tasks with a keen attention to detail

• Experience in managing email correspondence with customers, responding promptly and professionally

• Capable of handling both inbound and outbound calls as per the job requirement

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents and spreadsheets

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate schedules

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
