Role Definition:

Leads a team of 38 who deploy, support and drive adoption for collaboration tools which include Microsoft technologies and other supporting tools.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee onboarding, deployment of support of collaboration technologies.

  • Introduce new collaboration features like Bookings, Loop etc.

  • Partner with security in evaluation and deployment of technologies in support of security strategy and compliance.

  • Manage a budget of $50M which includes $34M for Microsoft services.

  • Ensure ITSM quality compliance thru dashboard creation and management.

  • Manage vendors supporting the collaboration services.

  • Champions awareness of criticality of IT to business, staying with IT trends as needs dictate.

  • Ensures senior management awareness of enterprise-wide impact of major technology trends.

  • Monitors industry experience and best practices on IT trends and introducing new technology.

  • Provides perspective on the evolution and impact of major technologies.

  • Analyzes organization's transition and support strategies.

Analytical Thinking:

  • Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

  • Monitors industry trends and directions and discusses possible impact on internal strategies.

  • Designs and orchestrates the use of business analytics for strategic decision making.

  • Champions the use of business intelligence applications for tactical and strategic decisions.

  • Helps others discover the diverse features, parameters, or considerations to take into account.

  • Implements operating metrics and performance gauges such as the balanced scorecard.

  • Employs statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling techniques.

  • Provides comprehensive knowledge of industry practices with using external or third parties.

  • Evaluates vendor or supplier's plans and directions and potential impact on the organization.

  • Develops rationale and best practices for use of external vendor/supplier resources.

  • Shares experiences with managing and integrating products and services from multiple vendors or suppliers.

  • Consults on service provider problems and corrects or terminates as appropriate

  • The primary location for this position is Peoria IL, Dallas, TX and Nashville, TN
